As an additional service to our clients and to the community, we periodically host professional development workshops in our multipurpose room.

Workshop Schedule

April 13th: “Title 101″ 8:30-10:00 Join us for breakfast and become versed in the basics of title insurance and what it means to you and your clients. This workshop is designed by the talented team at John Bethell Title for REALTORS & Lenders.

April 13th: “Title 301″ 11:30-1:00 Join us for lunch and achieve increased confidence and knowledge about advanced title matters that may affect your next “unique” transaction.  This workshop is designed by the talented team at John Bethell Title for experienced REALTORS & Lenders.

April 27th: “Get the Most out of your iPhone”8:30-10:30 Join us for breakfast and let technology expert Colin Clark of Tribeswell teach you a comprehensive course designed to  help you get the most out of your iPhone.

May 5th: “Work Ergonomics” 8:30-10:00 Join us for breakfast and tips brought to you by Dr. Karin Drummond on how to avoid pain and stay energized at the computer desk.

June 7th: “Is this a Bungalow?” -An Architect Explains.  11:30-1:00 Join us for lunch and learn Architectural Terminology that can help a REALTOR better describe a new listing.  Become confident in explaining different architectural designs, ceiling treatments, drain systems and much more.

 August 10th:   ISSAC (Increasing Short Sale Approvals & Closings) workshop in our office from 9 a.m.-11 a.m.

August 17th: “Understanding Your Behavioral Strengths and Opportunities”  11:30-1:00  Join us for lunch and learn how to use the DISC personality profiling tool.  Identify why you like working with certain people, what behaviors you prefer not to work with, discuss the different behavioral styles, determine your disc style and much more.  This workshop will be instructed by facilitator Linda Dausend, Professional Trainer and Coach of FlashPoint HR.
