John Bethell purchased our company in 2002 after spending 20 years in various management capacities with First American Title Insurance Company. John has either performed or managed just about every job there is in the industry during the 33 years that he's been in the business. He puts his vast experience to work for you by creating systems that allow our employees to serve you in the quickest and most reliable fashion possible.
Tammy, a Bloomington native, started her professional career in 1995 as a loan officer before joining John Bethell Title Company, Inc in 2004. Understanding the full process, from underwriting, processing, to loan documentation enables her to add value to your business by effectively communicating your needs to our team members. Tammy's responsibilities for sales and marketing allow her to always be available for special instructions or feedback about your transaction. Tammy assists the closing team during busy times and works in our downtown office.
Jamie joined us in 2005 as a title assistant and rapidly progressed to her current position. Her prior experience with mortgage companies in California and Indiana and also with an Indiana law firm gives her a depth of experience that is hard to duplicate. This experience allows her to stay calm under the pressure of last minutes details of closings. Jamie is responsible for all the closings in our eastside office
Kara joined the company as a closer’s assistant in 2006 after several years experience as a mortgage loan processor and mortgage loan originator. Kara’s work ethic and attention to detail allows her to quickly gain the confidence of our clients. Her mortgage loan background helps her to effectively communicate with our clients about lender requirements. Kara became a Closing Officer in 2006 and works in our downtown office
Jeanette joined the company in February 2007 after 14 years experience as a Realtor® in Bloomington. Jeanette’s knowledge and experience from the Realtor’s side of transactions greatly aids us in anticipating the needs of our clients. Jeanette provides a level of service that ensures that your transactions are handled in a straightforward and professional manner.
