We have two offices in Bloomington and also provide tax deferred exchange services through our subsidiary JBT 1031 Exchange Company, LLC. John Bethell Title Company, Inc. is an exclusive agent for First American Title Insurance Company, the nation's largest and most respected title insurance underwriter.

Customers can track the progress of their orders, leave messages for us about specifictransactions, and place orders with us on line.
